I live in West Phoenix and today Shannon and Doug with Five40 Remodeling came out to replace my back patio beam and three wooden posts that were rotting out. They did a FANTASTIC job!  Not only is their work precise, but they're both very professional, polite and they clean up very well afterwards too.  Their work is so amazing that I have them coming out again later this week to do additional repairs.  I highly recommend that you call them for ANY AND ALL repair work you need! The remodel required to relocate a water heater to the garage, reconfigure my air conditioning ducting in the attic, and new floor tile. They were reliable, showed up every day, and even worked on the weekend to finish the job. After the job was complete we had an issue with a drain (No fault of theirs).
