I live in West Phoenix and today Shannon and Doug with Five40 Remodeling came out to replace my back patio beam and three wooden posts that were rotting out. They did a FANTASTIC job!  Not only is their work precise, but they're both very professional, polite and they clean up very well afterwards too.  Their work is so amazing that I have them coming out again later this week to do additional repairs.  I highly recommend that you call them for ANY AND ALL repair work you need! Five40 Remodeling did an excellent job renovating our kitchen.  This project was not a simple cabinet and countertop replacement but involved a variety of complex elements. Shannon and his team do amazing work. They converted a storage space into a bonus room that is being used as a home office. The  Workers cleaned Up after themselves each day and made sure they didn’t harm existing parts of the home. The project was completed ahead of schedule and was in line with the estimated amount. We are so happy with the remodel work Shannon and his team did in our Great Room. They removed cut outs and put in custom cabinets with quartz counter tops. We ordered 2 new beverage coolers and they should arrive this week. We are looking at additional work in our home and we would differently use Five40 Remodeling again. I hired Five40 Remodeling LLC to remodel my laundry room. The remodel required to relocate a water heater to the garage, reconfigure my air conditioning ducting in the attic, and new floor tile. They were reliable, showed up every day, and even worked on the weekend to finish the job. After the job was complete we had an issue with a drain (No fault of theirs).
